The number of sessions varies depending on a number of factors: colour, size, depth of the ink and skin type. On average, 6–10 sessions are required, spaced approximately 6–8 weeks apart, to allow the skin to regenerate and the pigments to be gradually removed.

The sensation varies from person to person and depends on the area being treated. It may feel like a slight “tingling” or temporary burning sensation. At AraMedica, to ensure maximum comfort, we use a skin cooling system and, if necessary, a topical anaesthetic cream.

After the treatment, your skin may appear red or slightly swollen for a few hours. A thin scab may form over the following days: it is important not to remove it and to follow the aftercare instructions provided by your doctor. Generally, the skin heals completely within 7–10 days without leaving any permanent scars.

Yes. The Cutera Enlighten laser is one of the few systems capable of effectively treating even multi-coloured tattoos (including green, blue and red) and those that have already undergone previous treatments, delivering a more even and thorough result.
