Quality and Gender Equality Policy

Lavora con noi

Our clinic is committed to providing the highest quality services in aesthetic medicine, plastic surgery and trichology,
always prioritising patient safety and satisfaction.
We are committed to operating in compliance with
current regulations, ensuring the expertise of our staff, using state-of-the-art technology and promoting
transparent and open communication with our patients. Our aim is to continuously improve
our services and exceed our patients’ expectations.

The fundamental principles underpinning our commitment to quality are:

  • Patient safety, ensuring that staff at all levels are trained and educated to provide a
    comprehensive and effective service;
  • Use a quality management system to integrate the organisation, procedures, processes and resources;
  • Professional competence, upholding professional values and a commitment to good professional practice;
  • Patient satisfaction, in addition to internal audits and external quality assessments, to
    ensure continuous quality improvement;
  • Transparency and communication, ensuring that all staff are familiar with the quality policy;
  • Continuous improvement, using procedures that ensure the highest possible quality for all services provided;
  • Comply with all relevant health-related laws and regulations;
  • Set quality objectives and plans to implement and maintain this policy.

These objectives must be pursued by managing change with flexibility, promptness and
determination, making the best use of the organisational tools available, improving one’s professional skills in
relation to individual working techniques (activity planning, staff training, time management
and prioritisation of work), and developing the ability to work alongside others.

Furthermore, our organisation is committed to ensuring gender equality in terms of the representation and career progression
of women within the organisation.
To this end, it aims to promote diversity across all roles within the organisation and to
maintain processes that foster the empowerment of women in business activities.

In its efforts to ensure that this objective is achieved and maintained, the organisation concentrates its efforts on the following areas set out in the UNI PdR 125:2022 standard:

  • Culture and strategy, assessing whether there is a strategic plan for gender equality;
  • Governance, examining the leadership’s commitment and the existence of a steering committee for gender equality;
  • HR processes, analysing recruitment, hiring and career management practices to ensure they are inclusive and
    non-discriminatory;
  • Opportunities for women’s career development and inclusion within the company, assessing women’s access to positions of
    responsibility;
  • Pay equity, examining wage equality between men and women;
  • Support for parents and work-life balance through policies that support parenting and
    work-life balance.

The organisation believes that the development of a cultural model that promotes gender equality, as well as generating “social value”, which is valued within the European institutional and economic context, constitutes a factor in the development of the business that the organisation conducts.
