Marcello Molle

Dr Marcello Molle is a specialist in Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery. During his training, he developed comprehensive expertise in the main areas of plastic surgery, with particular experience in breast surgery, reconstructive surgery, cutaneous oncology surgery, post-bariatric surgery and body contouring.
His professional experience includes working at leading Italian hospitals and university hospitals, including the “Luigi Vanvitelli” University Hospital, the Gemelli Hospital in Rome and the Ospedali Riuniti in Foggia. Since 2025, he has been working as a Consultant Plastic Surgeon at the “A. Perrino” Hospital in Brindisi.
He has also enriched his career with international training in cosmetic surgery at leading centres in Stockholm, Brussels, Marbella and El Paso, gaining exposure to different surgical approaches and techniques.
Alongside his clinical work, he remains strongly committed to scientific research. He is the author and co-author of numerous international scientific publications. He also serves as a reviewer and editor for several international scientific journals in the fields of plastic surgery, dermatology and related disciplines.
His career is characterised by a commitment to continuous technical and scientific development, including participation in national and international conferences and advanced courses dedicated to facial and breast surgery, microsurgery and reconstructive surgery.
