Biography

Originally from Naples, Dr Vito is an expert in trichology and nutrition. She graduated from the Campus Biomedico in Rome in 2012 and is a member of the Italian Society of General Medicine and Primary Care (S.I.M.G.) and the Italian Society of Trichology.

Since 2023, he has been working exclusively in medical and surgical trichology at AraMedica, where he oversees outpatient trichology and the entire clinical pathway for patients with alopecia or other scalp conditions. 

He specialises in advanced diagnosis using trichoscopy and trichograms, medical and regenerative treatments (PRP, SVF, mesotherapy, ozone therapy, LLLT, microneedling) and hair surgery using FUE and DHI techniques, as well as robot-assisted transplantation via the Artas IX system. He personally oversees treatment planning and pre- and post-operative follow-up. 

She is the author and co-author of numerous scientific publications and educational textbooks, including articles in *Annals of General Psychiatry* and *Recenti Progressi in Medicina*, the guide *General Medicine and Primary Care* (Edises, 2022), and over ten editions of the series *10,000 General Medicine Quizzes* (Edises). Active in medical education, she has held roles as a lecturer, tutor and speaker for academic and healthcare bodies including UNICAMILLUS, SIMG and OMCeO Lecce. She has also been a member of the Youth Commission and the Communications Commission of the Lecce Medical Association.
